|
1. "For nail preparation" |
Push back the cuticles and remove them thoroughly, shorten natural nails and file them into shape, roughen the nail plate and free nail end with a 180 grit file and make sure that no fringes remain on the free nail tip. Finally, dust off nails properly and degrease them with cleaner . If necessary, remove the surface moisture from the natural nail using a Nail PREP (dehydrator) (not necessary for dry natural nails). |
|
2. "For the basis of detention" |
Apply our Dual Coat Base & Top or our Bond Plus Base Coat all over the prepared and roughened nail. It is important to coat the free nail tips. Then cure under UV or LED light . For soft natural nails, we recommend applying a second layer of Dual Coat Base & Top or modeling a light build-up. If no structure for modeling or reinforcement is needed, but only color for a Shellac manicure, for example, you can skip the next step (point 3) after applying the dual coat and go straight to applying the color (4th point). |
|
3. "For building or strengthening - a) With Builder Lac or b) with Builder Gel" |
a) With GmL BUILDER LAC : |
Apply a thin layer of GmLBuilder Lac in the desired color over the entire surface of the nail and coat the free nail tip, then cure for 90 seconds under LED or 120 seconds under UV. Depending on your needs, for a simple manicure, reinforcement or build-up, repeat with additional coats of GmL builder Lac until the desired result is achieved. |
If you want a natural look, you can skip the next step (point 4) and go straight to finishing (point 5).
|
b) With GmL BUILDER GEL : |
Apply a layer of GmL Builder Gel in the desired color over the entire surface of the nail and coat the free nail tip, then cure for 90 seconds under LED or 120 seconds under UV. |
If you want a natural look, you can skip the next step (point 4) and go straight to finishing (point 5). |
|
4. "For the color application" |
Apply a thin layer of GmL Color Coat in the desired color over the entire surface of the nail and coat the free nail tip, then cure for 90 seconds under LED or 120 seconds under UV. Repeat this step to intensify the color. |
For a natural look, you can use a Builder Lac with coloring of your choice instead of a color coat (point 3) and skip this step. |
|
5. "For sealing (finishing)" |
Finishing gels and top coats meet multiple requirements. They ensure scratch resistance, seal nail art and protect the nail from environmental influences such as yellowing or graying of the shine. |
Whether shiny , matt or with a glitter effect. Apply our Glossy Finish Gel or one of our GmL Top Coats to five fingers of one hand and cure it accordingly depending on the type of light source. |
After hardening, remove the sweat layer. Except for the Glossy Finish Top Coat , which doesn't create a layer of sweat. |
|
UV curing time: 120 seconds. |

"For distance" |
A) Carefully file down with a file (100 grit / 180 grit) or B) roughen with a file (100 grit or 180 grit) until the surface no longer shines. Soak a foil remover wrap with remover (soak off), place it on the roughened nail and wrap the finger tightly. Leave to act for 15 minutes and then carefully scrape off the detached paint with a Pro Pusher or carefully remove it with a fine file (180 grit or 240 grit). When reapplying, follow the steps above. |
