RETURNS

In general, except for cases of claims, goods are not accepted for return. Returns can be accepted only by special agreement on a case-by-case basis. If such an agreement is reached, the goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their unopened original packaging.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
